Live at Gate 403From the back roads of Southern Ontario to the Pan-American highway, from the war zones of Central America to protest lines and rallies throughout North America, to factories, hockey arenas, racetracks and Legion halls, to gated communities and through urban sprawl, Bill Heffernan’s Songs and Stories of the Road chronicle the characters, events and landscapes encountered along the way

“A clever wordsmith with a wry wit and devilish gleam in both his eye and his singing. Bill hosts a very lively and creative musical salon with feature guests.”

Bill Heffernan – The Horses Are Loose- A Review

“Late bloomer recordings don’t always work. At best, some evoke a smile and a nod for a job well, if belatedly, done. Heffernan’s effort is different. These are deep, rich songs that could only have been written by someone who has lived a full and activist – not just active – life. He’s got a pretty stellar cast behind him too!”
